An old Amy Grant song just popped into my head as I wrote that title, lol. Anyone out there remember that one? Man, that seems like ages ago....
Today is another baby card post. Sadly...not the invite. Yet. ;-)
Some more super-quick, super-easy 3x3 gift cards.
(yes, they'll be at the Market tomorrow, too!)
I realized after I took the pic, that it didn't show up well. Looks like I need to re-ink my ink pads! :)
This is another stamp from the set "Baby Bundle" I borrowed from my friend.
You can click on the pic to try to see the words (and little hearts underneath), but I'll also tell you what it says... "bottles and bibs, booties and more - that's what a baby shower is for!"
The scallop circle is a new XL punch from Stampin' Up - yay! :) Of course, they've got dimensionals behind them to make them 'pop'. :)
Well, what do you think?
The Small Print (All Stampin' Up)
Stamps: Baby Bundle
Cardstock: Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Pale Plum, Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery
Ink: Bashful Blue, Pale Plum, Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery
Accessories: 2 3/8" XL Scallop Circle punch, 1 3/4" XL Circle punch, Dimensionals
Thanks for stopping by, and have a GREAT day! :)

Rainbow of Onsies
I've been working on some more baby shower invitations.
I knew I wanted to use onsie from the NEW set "Baby Bundle" from the new catalog, so I borrowed it from my sweet demo friend - thanks Bev! :)
I'm still deciding whether to show it here or not (it's NOT my fave)...you'll just have to stay tuned! ;-)
While I had the set, I decided to make up some quick 3x3's with the same little onsie I used on the invites. :) Planning on selling these at the local Gardener's Market this week...they're the perfect topper for a baby gift! :)
Pink, Apricot, Yellow, Green Blue, and Lavender! Hence, the post title. ;-)
It's a pretty small pic...sorry. Click on it to view larger. I can't decide whether to have them in the basket of other 3x3's, or try to sell them as a set.
Well, what do you think?

Pear Pizzaz!
No, my card doesn't have pears stamped with pizzaz...so sorry to disappoint. ;-) It's made with oodles of my favorite NEW In Color, and I'm lovin' it! :)
Yup. Pear Pizzaz. How did you guess? ;-)
Take a gander...
(sigh)...love it. I'm such a monochromatic gal. Some people would call that boring, I suppose. I call it...calming, lol! :)
I got the sketch idea over at clean&simple, where they're celebrating their 100th layout!
I'm excited about this one...fun to play with new stuff. :) Pear Pizzaz ribbon, cardstock, and marker (I want my ink pad! lol) to color the stamps...from the new set "Just Believe." Sorry it's not the best picture quality...looks great IRL! :)

More Scoops, Please!
Hee hee...I'm baa-ack!
See, told you I had lots to share now that I'm back! :)
When I made yesterday's card, I said I'd have to make another using those same elements...but without the spinner action. :) Oh, I've had so much fun creating (this and more) in the last little while...so excited! :)
I'll show you not one, but TWO different (but the same) cards!
FIRST, a remake of yesterday's card...without the spinner. ;-)
And now, flipped! :)
I used one of my fave sets from the current Summer Mini catalog, "Sweet Scoops"...and the Designer Paper from the same catalog, "Island Oasis"! Love it! :)
Well, what do you think? Which is YOUR fave?
The Small Print (All Stampin' Up)
Stamps: Sweet Scoops
Paper: Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Island Oasis
Ink: Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron, Rose Red
Accessories: Old Olive grosgrain ribbon, Paper snips, Dimensionals
Thanks for stopping by, and have a GREAT day! :)

You've Got to Move It, Move It!
It's been a long time, hasn't it? I'm so sorry about that. :(
Between a camping trip, preparing for said trip, and all the work that comes AFTER said trip...there's not a lot of free time. :) I completely lost my mojo, on top of that. Not to worry...after taking some time yesterday to enjoy creating again...I've got lots of ideas! :) Also, I did do a little stamping here and there as needed in that time (birthdays, etc), so I'll share with you those things as well. :)
OK! On with the show! :)
Yesterday, I was perusing SCS and came across a challenge that inspired me. It was called "Let's Move It!" Find ways to make your design move. Wellllll...I didn't have to think long. Knew exactly what I wanted to do, & which stamp I wanted to use. I got a little stuck on layout for a bit, but then found a great one here on clean & simple blog: FTL99. A little messing with color, but then I was set! :)
It's a spinner card, meaning an item moves and spins!
Are you ready to see it? I'm sure you are. I've kept you waiting, like 2 weeks. ;-)
I know, that weird track thing is a little distracting, isn't it? Sigh...it totally distracts me. I'm going to make a super-cute card without the track. But I was on a mission, and I was GOING to make it work, lol! :) You've never been like that, have you? ;-)

I'm sure you want to see it in action. Well, I've got a couple of shots to show you, and you'll have to imagine the rest. ;-)
Hee hee hee...it was fun, even if the track is distracting. My girls love it. :)
Well, what do you think?
I'm curious to know if there are people out there still reading this blog! This is my first Summer of blogging...I'm finding out it's definitely not as easy as during the school-year! :)

Poppy Pear Thanks
With the new Stampin' Up catalog release comes new STUFF! :) New colors, new accessories, new stamps...NEW!! Wooo Hoo! :)
I've got a quick card to show you, using two of our new "In Colors." There's always at least one color I *love*, as well as at least one color that I...ahem...don't. ;-) Some grow on me after awhile.
Today, I'm using one of each on the same card - crazy, I know. ;-)
My absolute FAVE: Pear Pizzaz
My not so FAVE: Poppy Parade
Are you ready for this? Ok.
Well, what do you think?
I like it! The poppy is still a bit bright for my taste, but I like how it turned out, just the same. :)
I used the stamp set "Watercolor Trio" from the Summer Mini - still available! :) Inked it with my markers, stamped, then stamped twice again without reinking. This technique has several different names, but I'll just tell you to remember generation stamping.
To finish it off, I stamped the sentiment, punched it out, then popped it up on dimensionals (of course - wink).
The Small Print (All Stampin' Up)
Stamps: Watercolor Trio
Ink: Poppy Parade
Cardstock: Poppy Parade, Pear Pizzaz, Whisper White
Accessories: SU markers, Large oval punch, Dimensionals

Independence Day Celebration
Happy 4th of July (a day late)! :)
Thought I'd be able to post this yesterday, but between church, a church potluck, naps, and a friend get-together the whole evening...there was no "extra" time!
Not a lot of time right now either, if we're being honest, lol... Getting ready for our 4th get-together of this holiday weekend as Ispeak write! I still need to make Snickers Salad, cut up watermelon and make sure the kiddos are ready too...oh boy. Better make this short & sweet! :)
Here's a sweet lil' card I made this weekend...this is NOT a Stampin' Up image, but I just think it's too cute. :) It's actually an image that a sweet stampin' friend sent me quite awhile ago. :)
Not that I like mice, lol. I just like the image. :) Colored with my watercolor crayons and aquapainter, mounted on Not Quite Navy and Ruby Red cardstock....that's all! :) Looks more matchy-matchy IRL (cardstock looks really dark in this pic)...
Well, what do you think?
It's been fun to watch the kids' excitement this year, as it is the first year we've allowed them to stay up late & watch fireworks. ;-) Hope you're having a great holiday weekend!
Thanks for stopping by, and have a GREAT day! :)
